At Luminaure, we place great importance on the quality of our jewelry and your complete satisfaction. In order to preserve the excellence of our creations and maintain fair prices, we apply a strict no-refund policy.

Each Luminaure piece is carefully designed, often personalized according to your choices, such as birth flowers, chain lengths, and finishes. For this reason, once your order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.

Although refunds are not possible, your satisfaction remains our priority. If you experience an issue with your jewelry, such as a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or any other concern, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will carefully review your request and do our best to find a suitable solution, such as a repair, exchange, or another commercial gesture depending on the case.
